Cardiac Rehabilitation Procedure

The cardiac rehabilitation process generally begins in the hospital, in the first days following a patient’s procedure or cardiac event. At this stage, patients are introduced to PocketECG CRS and instructed on how to use the mobile device, so that therapy can begin.


Phase 1


Usually 2 weeks after hospital discharge

Early mobilization during hospitalization connected with cardiac event, started in clinically stable patients

Phase 2

Usually no longer than 3 months

Performed in doctor’s office, hospital outpatient setting or a patient’s home

Phase 3


1 year or longer

Maintenance program performed autonomously by patient with medical staff support
